Your items typically take 7-14 business days to get ready for shipment. Once packed, the delivery times can range from 14-28 business days, depending on your local postal services. For orders outside the country, please allow an extra 5-10 business days.

It may take 1-2 days for your tracking number to become active in the carrier's system. If it's not updated after a few days, please reach out to the carrier directly as there may be instances where an order gets misplaced.
