The Cecilie Bahnsen x ASICS GT-2160 “Pure Silver” is a collaboration between the Danish fashion designer and ASICS on a colorway of the retro-looking lifestyle shoe with a luxurious design. Cecilie Bahnsen’s take on the popular GT-2160 updates the shoe with a slip-on-style look. The shoe’s upper features a transparent design with floral lines and metallic silver overlays. Modifications to the shoe includes a removed tongue in favor of a cut-out panel that’s secured with ornate laces and a velcro strap with floral detailing. Underfoot, ASICS’s Gel cushioning technology is embedded in the heel of the midsole.
