Description
The New Balance 990 V3 Made in USA “Moonbeam” is one of multiple silhouettes included in the popular footwear and fashion designer’s debut “Made in the USA” line with New Balance. The much-anticipated partnership between Santis, who is the founder and lead designer of Aime Leon Dore, and New Balance was announced in 2021 after Aime Leon Dore and New Balance’s 550 collaborations brought much attention to both brands beginning in 2020. The “Moonbeam” is one of several colorways of the 990 V3 Made in USA from Santis’s first-ever collection with New Balance. As far as its design, the shoe features a cream mesh base with light grey hairy suede overlays. Additional grey suede overlays can be found on the toe and on the collar. A black “N” logo appears on both sides of the shoe. Black “990” branding is located on the lateral side of the heel, and a small “NB” logo appears on the back of the shoe. “Made in USA” branding is found on the grey waffle tongue. The shoe rides on an ENCAP cushioned midsole. Release date: June 30, 2022 Teddy Santis - Moonbeam
