The New Balance 1906D "Protection Pack - Silver Metallic" is a monochromatic silver colorway of the casual shoe. Debuted in 2010, the 1906 design is inspired by retro running shoes from the early 2000s. Here, the “Silver Metallic” colorway from the “Protection Pack” features a Silver Metallic mesh base with “ripped” overlays in reflective silver material throughout. The “N” branding on the sides has been colored in silver, as has the plastic heel counter that helps stabilize the wearer’s foot. Underfoot, the shoe is mounted on an “N-ERGY” foam sole.
