The adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 “Light” is an August 2021 release of Kanye West’s popular lifestyle shoe that features UV-sensitive detailing on its design. The “Light’s” monofilament side panel has been treated to a special UV-sensitive finish that allows for a color-changing quality that hadn’t previously been a part of the shoe’s design language. The rest of the appearance is standard 350 V2 fare: a white Primeknit upper sits above a ribbed, semi-translucent Boost cushioned midsole. Adidas has given the “Light” a traditional heel tab, an on-and-off-again feature that appears at random on late model Yeezy Boost 350 V2s.
