Shipping Policy
We process orders on business days from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please refer to the timeline below.
Order Processing Time: Your order will be processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping Time: We only work with fast and reliable shipping carriers such as FedEx, Royal Mail, and Canada Post.
- For US customers: Shipped via FedEx - Delivery time: 2-5 days
- For UK customers: Shipped via Royal Mail - Delivery time: 2-5 days
- For Canadian customers: Shipped via Canada Post - Delivery time: 4-6 days
- For Australian customers: Shipped via Aramex - Delivery time: 4-7 days
Shipping Costs:
- We offer free shipping on all orders over $140.
- For orders under $140, a $5.5 shipping fee will be applied.
At present, we regret to inform you that we cannot deliver to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
If you wish to change the shipping method, please contact us for further assistance and information regarding additional shipping fees.
Important Notes:
- All shipping times exclude customs clearance delays. In some cases, shipping may take up to 30-45 days (except for Express Shipping).
- If you provide an incorrect shipping address, please contact us via email at support@hippieartzone.com to arrange for a new delivery. Any additional shipping costs will be discussed and charged accordingly.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, our Customer Service Team will process the refund immediately. Refund processing time will take 1-2 business days.
Return and Exchange Process:
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange if the product is defective or damaged.
Please provide images of the defective item via our support email: support@hippieartzone.com for evaluation. We will not accept returns or exchanges beyond this timeframe.
All returned products must be in their original condition, meaning new and unused. We will not accept items that are dirty, damaged, or used.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and you may choose the shipping carrier of your preference.
Order Modification Options:
You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel or modify your order, including changes to products, sizes, or shipping addresses. After 24 hours, no modifications can be made, and we are not responsible for any errors or mistakes.
If your order qualifies for a refund, we will process it immediately.
